- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage service techniques
Job Duties
- Greet guest in a positive friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Guide guest through all phases of their experience at the restaurant
- Knowledgeable of selling techniques service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages and service delivery of menu items of every course
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area side station tables and Point of Sale POS station
- Anticipate the guest needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Communicate with management chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees
