- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- basic cash handling skills
- effective communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- ability to prepare beverages including coffee smoothies and cocktails
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- serve beverages and or food to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- prepare gourmet coffee drinks smoothies and cocktails to patrons at restaurant and coffee lounge
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and lounge area
- provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- handle cash and process transactions accurately
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
