Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in beverage or food service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in beverage or food service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and cocktail preparation is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare gourmet coffee drinks, smoothies and cocktails for patrons at restaurant and coffee lounge
- Achieve standards of excellence through the company mission, culture and values
- Provide exceptional guest service that reflects the spirit of aloha
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Assist with inventory and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
