- No prior related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods during the shift
- Ability to lift, move, or reach objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance

- Maintain confidentiality of company information

- Complete required safety training and certifications
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate POS systems such as MICROS
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks including organizing provisions and equipment
- Clean all equipment and work areas throughout the shift
- Take and enter customer orders accurately into the MICROS system
- Prepare food and coffee items as required
- Manage cash register operations including processing payments and balancing cash drawer
- Ensure appliances are turned on and off at appropriate times
- Maintain clean tables and coffee cart areas
- Adhere to company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
- Support team members and promote a respectful work environment
- Follow quality assurance standards and company expectations
