Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks including organizing supplies and equipment
- clean all equipment and work areas
- secure premises by locking doors
- organize, stock and maintain workstations
- input customer orders into MICROS point of sale system
- prepare food and coffee beverages
- operate appliances such as coffee machines ensuring timely use
- clean tables and coffee cart areas
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, tables and equipment throughout the day
- manage cash transactions and compute register at shift end
- complete designated cashier reports and resolve discrepancies
- adhere to company safety policies and report any maintenance issues or hazards
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and uniform standards
- protect company property and information
- support coworkers and promote a respectful workplace
- participate in activities requiring physical exertion such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods
- communicate clearly with guests and colleagues
- perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
