Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing tasks including organizing provisions and cleaning equipment
- organize, stock and maintain work areas
- enter customer orders into MICROS system and prepare food and coffee
- ensure appliances like coffee machines are turned on and off at appropriate times
- clean tables and food service areas throughout the day
- maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, work areas, and equipment
- handle cash transactions accurately and secure cash register at shift end
