Job Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in relevant high-end hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Current TIPS Alcohol certification and ability to maintain it
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to carry and lift items up to 50lbs
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel
- Access to email and ability to use web-based scheduling tool
- Reliable transportation to and from events
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in high-end catering restaurant or hotel environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- Current TIPS Alcohol certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Report to job site on time and in complete and proper uniform
- Complete tasks assigned by Event Manager to successfully execute the event
- Adhere to the service guidelines and company policies
- Assist with event set-up, service and breakdown
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain a positive attitude throughout events
