Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

Job Duties

  • Complete food plating with garnishes and sauces
  • Assemble guest orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve as liaison between kitchen staff and front-of-house team
  • Learn and apply knowledge of global flavor profiles and food trends
  • Communicate effectively with cooks and servers to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
