Job Requirements
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, hotel, private club, or upscale lounge
- Strong mixology skills with knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Awareness of responsible alcohol service regulations (e.g., CA RBS certification preferred)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all San Francisco Giants home games
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and high-quality presentation
- Provide exceptional hospitality to Gotham Club members and guests, creating a warm and memorable experience
- Maintain full knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer/wine lists, specials, and club events
- Manage bar setup, restocking, organization, and breakdown before and after service
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, club policies, and safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption and responsibly promote safe alcohol practices
- Handle cash, member charges, and POS transactions accurately
- Support game-day operations, private events, and specialty functions
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, tools, glassware, and equipment at all times
- Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
