Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or similar environment preferred
- strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with other staff members
- must be able to handle multiple tasks at once and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- take food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely manner
- deliver food and drinks to customers ensuring order accuracy and presentation
- check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with the food and service
- attend to any special requests or dietary needs of the guests
- refill drinks and clear plates and glasses from tables as needed
- process payments for meals in a timely and accurate manner
- keep work area clean and organized including setting and resetting tables as needed
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service to guests
