Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a cook
- Valid food hygiene certificate
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for menu items
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Check food while it is cooking to ensure quality
- Ensure great presentation by arranging and garnishing food before serving
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check quality of ingredients
