- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a cook
- valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- ability to follow sanitation procedures
- excellent physical condition and stamina
- availability to work days, weekends, and holidays

- valid Food Hygiene Certificate
- certificate in Culinary Arts or related field and/or relevant course work
- strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for menu items
- cook food in various utensils or grillers
- check food while it is cooking to ensure quality
- ensure great presentation by arranging and garnishing food before serving
- keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- check quality of ingredients
