Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- six-months food and beverage experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand, walk, carry, and handle physical tasks
- ability to use hands and arms for handling objects and controls
- vision to read and interpret information
- speech communication and hearing to maintain communication with employees and customers
- satisfactory criminal background check prior to employment

Job Duties
- Greets customers and provides exceptional customer service
- takes food and beverage orders, prepares beverages, and serves customers in the dining room and patios
- verifies legal drinking age of customers ordering alcoholic beverages
- busses tables, restocks condiments and supplies, and performs general cleaning and sanitizing in the dining room and patios
- ensures health standards are met
- delivers and collects guest checks and payments
- responsible for ringing transactions into the Point of Sale (POS) system
- may assist with training new wait staff
