Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- one to two years related experience in the golf business
- ability to occasionally lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- enthusiasm and friendliness towards team collaboration

Job Duties
- Work very closely with the Tournament/Events Manager in the planning and coordinating of golf groups
- input names and pairings of group events and print out cart signs, score cards
- prepare and expedite contracts to group clients for all golf groups
- ensure that the golf courses are being booked to capacity producing maximum profitability
- work with groups to ensure accuracy of scoring and their intended style of play
- work with fellow staff to ensure a consistent level of preparedness and presentation that are up to Broadmoor standards
- work with group contacts to ensure accuracy and follow-through on amenity requests
- prepare tournament scoring and results and work with the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- offer 5 star and 5 diamond standards while offering above and beyond services to all new and existing employees
