Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • one to two years related experience in the golf business
  • ability to occasionally lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • strong interpersonal communication skills
  • enthusiasm and friendliness towards team collaboration

Job Duties

  • Work very closely with the Tournament/Events Manager in the planning and coordinating of golf groups
  • input names and pairings of group events and print out cart signs, score cards
  • prepare and expedite contracts to group clients for all golf groups
  • ensure that the golf courses are being booked to capacity producing maximum profitability
  • work with groups to ensure accuracy of scoring and their intended style of play
  • work with fellow staff to ensure a consistent level of preparedness and presentation that are up to Broadmoor standards
  • work with group contacts to ensure accuracy and follow-through on amenity requests
  • prepare tournament scoring and results and work with the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in all aspects of the golf operation
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • offer 5 star and 5 diamond standards while offering above and beyond services to all new and existing employees
