Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Basic proficiency in computer use
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to twenty pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, purchase transactions, and special orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment within the Golf Shop
- Educate customers on the latest golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed
- Handle point of sale transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels, restocking merchandise, and setting up displays
- Support in organizing and coordinating golf-related events and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with the golf course staff and management to ensure seamless operations
