Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of professional golf experience with strong customer service focus
- PGA/LPGA professional certification
- Proven ability to lead and motivate staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and sales plans
- Commitment to maintaining ethical work standards
- Preferred college degree
- Experience with confidential information and sensitive employee matters
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
Job Qualifications
- PGA/LPGA professional certification
- A minimum of 5 years of professional golf experience focused on customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in developing and executing golf instructional programs and events

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the golf shop, outside services, and overall golf operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and professional service
- Lead, train, and motivate the golf operations team by conducting regular staff meetings
- Ensure that all closing procedures and daily operational tasks are completed according to club standards
- Supervise the daily activities of outside golf staff including Marshalls, Starters, and Golf Shop Attendants
- Provide professional golf instruction to members and guests, developing golf clinics, private lessons, and programs tailored for adults, juniors, and seniors
- Develop relationships with members by leading and participating in committees and organizing golf activities
- Plan, schedule, execute, and follow-up on all club tournaments and special golf events, collaborating with key departments such as Food and Beverage
- Direct staff in event preparation, execution, and post-event evaluation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive golf-related revenue, sales, and marketing efforts
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional member experiences
- Ensure the pro shop provides a welcoming, efficient, and professional atmosphere
- Manage the annual golf calendar with diverse events and activities designed to engage members year-round
- Maintain adherence to company policies while achieving financial performance targets
