Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- valid S. Nevada Health District Health Card
- Mohave County Food Handlers Permit (OA Palms only)
- TAM Card
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to walk on uneven surfaces
- ability to lift moderately heavy objects
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to comply with safety protocols and use protective gear as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) preparation knowledge preferred
- willingness to be trained
- ability to move quickly in times of peak business
- good eye/hand coordination
- good sense of sight and smell
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- ability to be trained on a point of sale system
- excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Count opening and closing bank
- set-up and maintain a clean/safe kitchen and food service areas
- responsible for proper food preparation and ensure that all health and safety standards are met for assigned areas
- set up, maintain, restock and break down work area
- maintain a clean and safe area for the public
- greet every guest in a timely manner and provide personalized, prompt service
- take orders
- serve food and beverage items to guests
- take payment and conduct transactions correctly and quickly
- clear and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, bar stools after every patron and set up for next patron with proper tableware
- remove full bus tubs to dish washing area and wash dishes
- perform other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management
