Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- ability to work up to 25 hours per week including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- basic computer and math skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs
- valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays
- ability to operate golf course vehicles including golf carts and driving range picker
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and experience
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- knowledge of golf and golf course operations preferred
- basic computer skills including email and tee time software
- strong interpersonal communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving skills
- ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- clear oral and written communication
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provides excellent customer service
- greets and welcomes customers
- provides golf course information to customers
- manages daily tee sheets using Club Caddie software
- arranges players in proper starting order
- verifies that all revenues have been properly charged by inspecting and reconciling receipts
- maintains a clean and orderly work area
- maintains accurate tee sheet records
- monitors pace of play through turn times and communication with Player Assistance
- proficient in all golf course policies including golfer classifications, rainchecks, refunds, lightning safety, equipment rental, dress code
