Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or event management
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible and varying hours
- proficiency in cash handling and reconciliation
- reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience in hospitality management or supervisory role
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to organize and manage cash reconciliation

Job Duties
- supervises front of the house operations for OSU Golf Club Restaurant, Mackenzie Pub and McCoy Halfway House
- organizes cash drawers for daily business and reconciles all areas daily
- develops social events for OSU membership
- meets with clients regarding banquets, weddings and Monday outings
- provides excellent customer service throughout planning and execution of events
- invoices clients post event
- supervises dining room during daily lunch and private functions
- serves as manager on duty for events
