Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 21 years of age
- position requires modified and flexible work shifts including weekends and evenings based on course schedule
- comply with requirements of Kane County Health Department and Illinois Liquor Control Commission
- possession of or ability to obtain Bassett/TIPS certification within 30 days of hire
- basic computer skills
- demonstrate excellent communication skills
- ability to address complaints and resolve concerns
- ability to work independently without constant supervision
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- cash handling and reconciliation experience preferred
- must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background investigation

Job Duties
- Present and sell food and beverage products
- prepare food as directed
- perform all sanitation and cleanliness duties around kitchen and snack shop
- manage daily cash receipts and credit charges
- perform job responsibilities of beverage cart attendant including stocking and managing inventory
- conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image
- take inventory of food and kitchen supplies
- perform other duties as assigned
