Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum two years of food and beverage management experience
- leadership experience
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- valid Colorado driver's license
- Food Protection Manager Certificate
- Servsafe Food Handler Certificate
- Etips Certified
- excellent communication skills
- ability to communicate problems with supervisor
- ability to work irregular hours including weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provides excellent customer service
- responds to complaints and concerns
- energetically leads a team in customer service situations
- coordinates meal planning, meal setup, and serving for daily play and special events
- forecasts necessary inventory needs and controls inventory
- orders and receives all food and beverage products, equipment, and supplies
- inspects food service equipment and facilities for compliance with health laws
- ensures adherence to alcohol and food sanitation laws
- leads and trains food and beverage associates
- assists the General Manager with long-range planning
- inspects and tastes prepared foods for quality and sanitation
- stays updated with food and beverage trends and best practices
- collects payments and prepares daily revenue reports
- manages employee payroll and human resource functions
- requests maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- establishes pricing and menu selection
- acts as a public relations agent for the Golf Course
- performs other assigned duties
