Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- must be at least 16 years old
- valid driver's license required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- passion for providing exceptional guest services
Job Qualifications
- experience in a customer service role, preferably in golf
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- passionate about golf and knowledgeable about the facility
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- at least 16 years old
- valid driver's license
Job Duties
- keep the cart staging area, practice facilities, bag drop, bag room, and cart barn clean and always organized
- present golf carts in a clean and orderly manner ensuring all systems are on and running, including GPS
- clean members' and guests' clubs and properly store them in car, bag drop, or bag room
- maintain consistent communication with inside staff, first tee staff, and grounds crew as needed
- engage warmly with members and guests upon their arrival and departure
- ensure quality control of the driving range and practice facilities
- handle bags carefully and efficiently
