Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- previous bartending experience with Delaware ABC card
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for 8+ hours
- minimum availability of 3 days a week including one weekend day
- ability to work efficiently unsupervised
- competent golf cart driving skills
- pleasant and respectful demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- possession of a current Delaware ABC card
- knowledge of golf courses and experience in golf environment
- customer service skills
- computer skills including familiarity with F&B POS systems and tablets
- ability to drive golf carts
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Take orders and serve guests on the golf course
- stock, clean, and maintain beverage bar carts
- deliver prompt and courteous service
- possess knowledge of golf courses to assist guests
- operate golf carts responsibly
- maintain positive and pleasant demeanor with members and staff
- work efficiently without supervision
