Job Requirements

  • Must be over 20 years old due to insurance regulations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Safety-first perspective
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to operate golf carts safely

Job Duties

  • Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way needed
  • Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
  • Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure safe operation of shuttles
  • Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact with management
  • Recording passenger counts and trip times
  • Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
  • Assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs and cones
  • Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
  • Filling in as a lot attendant when needed
  • Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
  • Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
