Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Must be able to obtain all required work cards
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in written and verbal form
- Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties
- Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the company service standards at all times
- Assisting with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensuring bartenders have clean towels, glasses and other necessary supplies
- Maintaining adequate stock of ice, liquor, wine and beer at the bar
- Communicating effectively with guests to meet their immediate needs
- Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs and processing payments during peak hours
- Accurately ringing up all orders in the POS system while socializing with guests
- Strictly adhering to responsible alcohol service standards and managing intoxicated guests appropriately
- Maintaining records and reporting usage levels to assist in inventory reordering
- Ensuring proper storage of delivered items
