Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or general education degree (ged) required
  • must be able to obtain all required work cards

Job Qualifications

  • ability to read and speak english and communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in written and verbal form
  • understand and comply with company, departmental and gaming control board rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • ability to multitask
  • must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
  • ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
  • must be be at least 21 years of age
  • must be able to obtain required work cards

Job Duties

  • practice and promote company service standards at all times
  • assist with opening and closing duties including restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, and ensuring clean towels and glassware
  • ensure bar is stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
  • communicate effectively with guests to meet their immediate needs
  • take orders, prepare drinks, buss tables, open tabs, and process payments especially during peak hours
  • accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests
  • strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
  • maintain records of usage levels to assist in reordering and proper storage of supplies
