Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (ged) required
must be able to obtain all required work cards

Job Qualifications

ability to read and speak english and communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in written and verbal form
understand and comply with company, departmental and gaming control board rules, regulations, policies and procedures
ability to multitask
must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays
ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members and guests
must be be at least 21 years of age
must be able to obtain required work cards

Job Duties

practice and promote company service standards at all times
assist with opening and closing duties including restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, and ensuring clean towels and glassware
ensure bar is stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
communicate effectively with guests to meet their immediate needs
take orders, prepare drinks, buss tables, open tabs, and process payments especially during peak hours
accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests
strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and manage intoxicated guests appropriately
maintain records of usage levels to assist in reordering and proper storage of supplies
