Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing advertising communications or related field
- 1+ years of experience in event coordination project management marketing or related roles
- Candidates must be comfortable in a pet-friendly environment as this role involves daily interaction with dogs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to travel (30%)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and emerging trends
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront and Monday is a plus

Job Duties
- Coordinate Gold Squad appearances and activations at airports and high-traffic travel locations ensuring flawless execution and on-site problem solving
- Manage all logistics including venue scheduling budgets signage inventory ordering management sourcing calendaring and more
- Contribute to social media content for the Gold Squad by working closely with Brand Social Media Specialist collaborating to draft posts source content capture assets and monitor engagement
- Assist with campaign execution across digital social and traditional channels by tracking timelines and deliverables
- Support creative development by preparing briefs and presentations for agency partners and internal teams
- Review marketing materials for accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
- Compile and organize performance data to help measure impact and inform future activations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned
- Research trends and competitor activations to inspire fresh ideas and maintain industry relevance
