Job Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in training staff
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Must have current Food Handlers Certification through Carson City Health and Human Services Department
Job Duties
- Oversees employees in the areas of food preparation and handling, personal hygiene and uniform requirements, cleaning and sanitation, order processing, cash register, opening and closing procedures, customer service, inventory and stocking
- Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concerns
- Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and consistency
- Maintain all sanitation and health department requirements
- Assist in all Snack Bar personnel hiring and training
- Implement proper chain of command leadership
- Assist in maintaining and guiding all Snack Bar personnel training, records, scheduling, development, and discipline for assigned shifts
