Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
Must be able to work holidays and weekends
Position requires consistent physical activity such as walking, bending, and lifting
Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Employment may require a background check
Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Outgoing personality with a passion for guest interaction
Basic mechanical aptitude to perform simple maintenance checks
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

Operate go karts while following all safety expectations
Check oil and gas levels in go karts when opening the attraction
Work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions
Anticipate and resolve guest issues with or without assistance
Quickly and safely remove disabled or obstructive karts from the track
Communicate clearly with guests and team members
Engage guests frequently to ensure a positive experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the surrounding area
Stay organized and aware of party schedules to successfully execute events
Answer basic questions about the facility including pricing, directions, and game play duration
