Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and near open flames
- Dexterity to handle kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards
- Must maintain near constant communication with team
- Willingness to work in tight spaces and outdoor weather conditions occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or restaurant management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
- Familiarity with P&L and budgeting concepts is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and positive guest interactions
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Work closely with management team and team members to ensure our guests receive mind-blowing experiences
- Deliver memorable guest experiences and coach other managers on recruiting, orientation, training, and performance evaluations of team members and supervisors
- Ensure team members and management team are trained properly using CAVA tools
- Provide performance feedback and recognition to team members on a consistent basis
- Assist and learn from the General Manager to execute administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls regarding food, beverage and labor goals
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
