Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred

Job Duties
- work closely with management team and team members to ensure guests receive mind-blowing experiences
- deliver memorable guest experiences and coach other managers on recruiting, orientation, training, and performance evaluations
- ensure team members and management team are properly trained using CAVA tools
- provide performance feedback and recognition to team members consistently
- assist and learn from the general manager to handle administration duties including profit and loss, budgets, and cost controls
- coach and develop team members effectively
- assist with any additional duties assigned
