Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work in hot and cold temperature environments
  • ability to bend, reach overhead, and maintain dexterity
  • comfortable working near open flames and in tight spaces
  • strong communication skills
  • capacity to work safely and alertly
  • ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Job Duties

  • work closely with management team and team members to ensure guests receive mind-blowing experiences
  • deliver memorable guest experiences and coach other managers on recruiting, orientation, training, and performance evaluation
  • ensure team members and management team are trained properly using CAVA tools
  • provide performance feedback and recognition consistently
  • assist and learn from the general manager to execute administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls
  • coach and develop team members
  • assist with any additional duties assigned
