Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in hot and cold temperature environments
- ability to bend, reach overhead, and maintain dexterity
- comfortable working near open flames and in tight spaces
- strong communication skills
- capacity to work safely and alertly
- ability to sit, squat, and kneel occasionally

Job Duties
- work closely with management team and team members to ensure guests receive mind-blowing experiences
- deliver memorable guest experiences and coach other managers on recruiting, orientation, training, and performance evaluation
- ensure team members and management team are trained properly using CAVA tools
- provide performance feedback and recognition consistently
- assist and learn from the general manager to execute administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls
- coach and develop team members
- assist with any additional duties assigned
