Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work full-time with flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and near open flames
- Must maintain constant communication with multiple people
- Comfortable working in tight spaces
- Capable of sitting, squatting, and kneeling occasionally
- Must work in a safe and alert manner
- Willingness to adapt and learn continuously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant management or related leadership role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and develop team members effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure
- Basic knowledge of financial reports and cost control
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Work closely with management team and team members to ensure our guests receive mind-blowing experiences
- Deliver memorable guest experiences and coach other managers how to partner with the general manager on recruiting, orientation, training, and performance evaluations of team members and supervisors
- Ensure team members and management team are trained properly using CAVA tools
- Provide performance feedback and recognition to team members on a consistent basis
- Assist and learn from the general manager to execute administration duties including P&L, budgets, and cost controls regarding food, beverage and labor goals
- Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
- May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Assist with any additional duties assigned
