Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- capability to climb ladders
- able to scan, handle, and move merchandise safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- able to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift

- ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology

Job Duties
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know were happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes like picking and packing orders
