Job Requirements
- Accurate handling of cash register operations as needed
- Ability to climb up and down ladders
- Capability to scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds efficiently and safely
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and humidity
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for general merchandise areas
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes like picking and packing orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
