Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds independently
- ability to climb ladders
- capacity to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
- basic cash register operation skills
- compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- willingness to learn and operate power equipment if certified

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy processes as directed
- learn and apply operational procedures affecting inventory management and store profitability
- be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to improve guest experience
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- comply with all safety policies and report hazards
- support guest services such as backup cashier and digital fulfillment including picking and packing orders
- perform all other duties based on business needs
