Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their needs
- thank guests and let them know we appreciate their choice to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up, maintenance and inventory accuracy
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes such as picking, packing, and delivering orders
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
