Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to climb ladders
- Capable of lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Willingness and ability to remain mobile during the entire shift
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle cash register operations when needed
- Capability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a helpful manner to address their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Execute daily tasks such as receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Perform merchandise set-up, maintenance, pricing changes, and inventory accuracy checks as directed
- Support guest services including backup cashier duties and digital fulfillment processes such as picking and packing orders
- Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely at all times by following safety policies and reporting hazards
- Perform other duties based on business needs
