Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to operate power equipment if certified
- capability to climb ladders
- ability to scan, handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance
- ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in retail business fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory replenishment and process efficiency
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up, maintenance and inventory accuracy
- learn how operational procedures affect inventory management and profitability
- be knowledgeable about store resources, products and services to improve guest experience
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work safely and report hazards
- support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment
- perform other duties based on business needs
