Job Requirements
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately when needed

- safely scan, handle, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know they are appreciated
- execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or fixtures
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up, inventory accuracy
- learn and apply operational procedures affecting inventory management and store profitability
- support guest services including backup cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- report hazards and work safely at all times
- perform additional duties based on business needs
