Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your tasks
- Engage guests to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Perform pricing, merchandise set-up, maintenance, and inventory accuracy processes
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes like picking and packing orders
- Maintain a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work safely and report hazards
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
