Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times
- Ability to stand and remain mobile during shifts of varying lengths
- Basic understanding of safety policies and procedures
- Capability to operate handheld scanning devices and related technology as directed
- Commitment to a guest-first culture and ethical workplace conduct
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compliance with all safety and store operational policies
Job Qualifications
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a helpful and friendly manner to address their needs
- Execute daily tasks including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Perform pricing changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy processes
- Learn and apply operational procedures that impact inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and order delivery
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
