Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or similar customer service roles preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using handheld scanners and technology devices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a helpful and welcoming manner to address their needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products and restocking shelves
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Perform processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, ensure safety and comply with all policies
- Maintain a safe work environment by reporting hazards and following training
- Perform all duties based on business needs and priorities
