Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in retail or customer service roles is an asset
- knowledge of guest service fundamentals
- ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices and handheld scanners

- strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve guest questions promptly
- attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- engage with guests to assist with their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for choosing Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leadership including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs
- operate power equipment safely when certified
- carry out pricing changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy tasks
- learn how operational procedures impact inventory management, profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about store resources and services to resolve guest issues
- demonstrate ethical conduct and comply with safety and legal regulations
- work safely by following policies and reporting hazards
- support guest services including backup cashier duties and digital fulfillment processes
- perform other duties based on business needs
