Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain duties
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas
- Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified
- Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes like picking, packing, or delivering pickup orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with safety policies
