Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- climb up and down ladders
- scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays with reliable and prompt attendance
- capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures and elements
- able to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by your leader including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve guest issues
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- work in a safe manner at all times and comply with safety policies
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- perform all other duties based on business needs
