Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Perform processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up, maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- Support guest services including back-up cashier duties and digital fulfillment like picking, packing, and delivering pickup orders
- Maintain compliance with safety policies and legal regulations
