Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
- Ability to operate power equipment after certification
- Willingness to follow safety policies and work in compliance with all regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to help achieve business priorities including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes such as changing prices to products, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed
- Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability
- Support guest services including back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes such as picking and packing orders
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with all safety policies
