Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Willingness to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks
- Engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- Thank guests and express appreciation for choosing to shop at Target
- Execute daily tasks assigned by leaders including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy for all areas
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes including picking and packing orders
- Demonstrate safety and compliance culture by following all policies and reporting hazards
- Perform other duties based on business needs
