- ability to handle cash register operations accurately as needed

- physical capability to safely lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds frequently
- flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks
- engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs
- thank guests and express appreciation for shopping at Target
- execute daily tasks assigned by leadership including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs
- operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures
- execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy
- learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, profitability, and product availability
- be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve guest issues
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely at all times and comply with safety policies
- support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes
- perform all other duties based on business needs
